FortLauderdaleFLRealtors.com is an independent real estate neighborhood directory website covering all 84 Fort Lauderdale neighborhoods. The site is operated by Olga Blackburn and Jim Blackburn in connection with their respective real estate and mortgage lending practices.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to FortLauderdaleFLRealtors.com and its operators. “You” and “your” refer to any person who visits, uses, or interacts with this website.

• Pre-qualification requests — financial information you share with Jim Blackburn at Stairway Mortgage as part of the mortgage pre-qualification process (governed separately by Stairway Mortgage’s privacy practices)

• Device information — device type, operating system, and screen resolution

• Jim Blackburn, Stairway Mortgage — if you request mortgage pre-qualification or financing information, we share your contact details with Jim for that purpose. Stairway Mortgage’s handling of your financial information is governed by their own privacy practices and applicable lending regulations.
• Service providers — we may share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the website (such as email delivery services, analytics providers, or website hosting). If our website integrates IDX (Internet Data Exchange) listing services in the future, those services are provided by licensed MLS vendors and are subject to their own data practices and the rules of the Beaches MLS (RAPB + GFLR) and Broward County MLS.
